How it Works

1. Purchase the superbill

2. Submit your intake form: You provide provider details, service dates, and billing information. This must include your records from your midwife or from the portal you use with your midwife.

3. We create your superbill: We code, format, and prepare your insurance ready document based on the information provided.

4. You receive your documents: Your superbill is delivered as a PDF

5. Optional support: Claim filing, denial review, and appeals assistance are available if you want help beyond the superbill.
