For Home Birth Families
Whether you're preparing for a home birth or have already welcomed your baby, BloomCare can help you navigate the insurance reimbursement process.
Start with a Verification of Benefits to learn what your insurance company reports about coverage for midwifery and home birth services. If you choose to move forward, we can also prepare and submit your insurance claim.
Your $49 Verification of Benefits fee is credited toward the $100 claim preparation and submission fee when you proceed within six months. A separate 9% fee applies to eligible insurance reimbursement received under our service agreement.
Need a Superbill?
Already gave birth and prefer to submit your own insurance claim? BloomCare can prepare a superbill with the information needed to request reimbursement from your insurance company.
