Partner with BloomCare Billing LLC

When you partner with BloomCare Billing LLC, you give me permission to bill on behalf of your NPI (I will send a separate document for you to sign). Once a client completes care—typically after the final postpartum visit—I’ll send you a secure link to upload the superbill or any relevant records.


Getting started is easy: Simply direct your clients to my website to submit a Verification of Benefits (VOB) request. Once I receive it, I’ll personally reach out to guide them through the process and answer any questions they may have.


Each client must submit a VOB form, preferably in their first or second trimester.


Fees - I collect a $70 administrative fee per claim directly from the client plus 9% of what the insurance company reimburses. Usually, there are two claims—one for the parent and one for the baby. In most cases, the reimbursement check is sent directly to you. You would be responsible for forwarding 91% of the reimbursement to your client and paying BloomCare Billing 9%, which I will invoice separately. This approach keeps everything simple, fair, and transparent for everyone involved.


I personally track each claim from start to finish. If something is denied in error, I follow up and advocate for proper resolution. My goal is to maximize reimbursement for midwifery care while making the process smooth and stress-free—for both you and your clients.
